Winning awards, coordinating with press, and building a community around DDB Korea are some of the few PR tasks I have experience in.
Creative Agency of the Year
Liaising with DDB Adam&Eve, the DDB London office, I worked to adapt the FIFA Online campaign 'El Tornado' for the Asian market. Working closely with the DDB Korea, DDB A&E, EA, and Nexen teams, I facilitated swift communication, assisted creatives at shoots, consulted on copy, and kept books and scheduling for the project.
2. Editing & Copywriting
Working closely with the DDB account services team, I developed copy for the LG's premium appliance line, LG Signature. After development, I collaborated closely with agencies around the world to translate and adapt copy for individual markets.
3. Writing Samples
A personal interest piece on fashion designer Julian Woodhouse of his namesake, WOODHOUSE. The up-and-coming designer's garments are worn regularly by celebrities and he now holds shows at New York Fashion Week. His beginnings in Seoul as a military man were captured in this piece for one of Seoul's expat driven magazines before the likes of Vogue and WWD.
Creating a Narrative
Storytelling is crucial in journalism and exploring the histories of two fashion trends to reflect their similarities created a story. The narrative of these two trends, grunge and streetwear, created a parallel, allowing me to speculate about the future of streetwear while considering the past of grunge.
